A century-old heritage testimony

For over a hundred years, France has traditionally been a protector of religious communities in the Holy Land. The presence of contemplative monks in this place throughout this time has allowed the development of a unique architectural expertise. The work of the land has contributed to the development of an ecological system in harmony with human presence. We rely on the Monasteries Foundation to receive your donations. The Foundation systematically provides a tax receipt allowing you to deduct 66% of your donation from income tax, or, if applicable, 75% from wealth tax (IFI). If you wish to make a donation from a country outside of France, it is possible; simply contact us.

Your donation is fully secure. 95% of your donation will be allocated to Latroun, and 5% to the Foundation's solidarity fund, to help other communities.

In times of war as well as peace, l’œuvre d'Orient supports the action of bishops, priests and religious communities who intervene with everyone, without consideration of religious affiliation.

Chevaliers du Saint Sépulcre

Members of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre are men and women committed to actively supporting the Holy Land through concrete projects and direct financial support. These actions take three forms: financial support, prayerful support, and direct support for the suffering populations through pilgrimages to the area.
